Matthew Lutz
 
Matthew first joined The Performance Studio for a school holiday workshop in January 2004. Although somewhat shy, Matthew has always loved performing - at the age of 3, he would build a stage at home, set up the chairs, sell tickets to friends and family, and then provide the entertainment. Over the past 3 years Matthew has gained confidence while learning valuable skills in acting, singing and dancing, and has thrived through the support that The Performance Studio has given him. Being part of The Performance Studio's 2004 "One Night Only" showcase at The Parramatta Riverside Theatre confirmed that this was what he loved - from the behind the scenes working of the theatre to the buzz of performing in front of a full house of people. One of Matthew's particular interests is tap dancing, and he was thrilled to be part of the inaugural junior tap dance at the 2006 Showcase. Matthew is honoured and proud to be the 2006 recipient of The Performance Studio Achievement Award.
