Adult Pilates (16 yrs & over)
Pilates is a holistic form of exercise designed to both strengthen and stretch the body, as well as
being great for releasing stress and tension in the body and mind. This course will introduce
and progress through the Pilates Matwork, concentrating on developing core strength and working all
parts of the body.
