How To Enrol
If you would like to enrol in any of The Performance Studio classes / workshops:
Complete an application form (Click here to download)
Pay in person at The Performance Studio Office:

Or send the form with your cheque / money order to:
The Performance Studio - PO Box 3045 TOONGABBIE EAST NSW 2146
A receipt will be sent with your enrolment confirmation letter
Please make all cheques / money orders payable to "The Performance Studio"
All cash payments are to be made in person at The Performance Studio Office
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST
To secure your place in a course / workshop, full payment is required upon application.
Fees will be fully refunded if your chosen course is full, or if you choose to withdraw from the course before the starting
date.
NOTE - For fees to be refunded, a minimum of 72 hours notice before the start of the course / workshop
is required.
