How To Enrol

 

If you would like to enrol in any of The Performance Studio Classes / Workshops:

 

1.    Complete an Application Form (Click here to download)
       To calculate your Class / Workshop cost, please refer to the information below.

 

2.    Complete a Public Liability Disclaimer (Click here to download)

 

3.    Read and accept our Terms & Conditions of enrolment (Click here to download)

 

4.    Submit all completed forms and full payment to The Performance Studio - either in person at The
       Performance Studio Office (5 Daking Street, North Parramatta NSW 2151) or via post (PO Box 3045,
       Toongabbie East NSW 2146.

 

 

 

Due to the popularity of our classes, full payment is required upon application to secure your place.
Fees will be fully refunded if your chosen course is full, or if you choose to withdraw from the course before the starting date.

NOTE - For fees to be refunded, a minimum of 5 days notice before the start of the course / workshop is required.

IMPORTANT: UPON ENROLMENT, ALL STUDENTS ACCEPT THAT THEIR IMAGE MAY BE USED IN ADVERTISING OR WEBSITE CONTENT. IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR IMAGE USED, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. FURTHER INFORMATION AND DETAILS ARE LOCATED IN THE STUDENT INFORMATION HANDBOOK, WHICH CAN EITHER BE VIEWED IN THE TPS OFFICE OR EMAILED TO YOU UPON REQUEST.

 

TO CALCULATE YOUR CLASS COST

Mulitply your class price by the number of weeks in the term you wish to enrol in.

 

CLASS PRICE

45 minute class - $11.25 plus GST ($12.40)

60 minute class - $15 plus GST ($16.50)

75 minute class - $18.75 plus GST ($20.65)

120 minute class - $30 plus GST ($33.00)

180 minute class - $45 plus GST ($49.50)

 

FEE PACKAGES

PLATINUM PACKAGE - 7 hours or more per family / week = 20% discount

GOLD PACKAGE - 6 hours or more per family / week = 12.5% discount

SILVER PACKAGE - 5 hours or more per family / week = 7.5% discount

BRONZE PACKAGE - 4 hours or more per family / week = 2.5% discount

Please Note: There is a $10 Administration Fee payable per student per year

 

TERM WEEKS

TERM 1: 29th January to 13th April - 10 weeks for Mon, Fri & Sat classes / 11 weeks for Tue, Wed & Thu classes.
**Please Note: due to the Easter long weekend, Monday classes that were meant to be held on 1st April will instead be held on Tuesday 2nd April **

TERM 2: 29th April to 29th June - 9 weeks
**Please Note: due to the June public holiday, Monday classes that were meant to be held on 10th June will instead be held on Tuesday 11th June **

TERM 3: 15th July to 21st September - 10 weeks

TERM 4: 8th October to 21st December - 10 weeks for Mon & Sat classes / 11 weeks for Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri classes
