Emma "EJ" Paton
 
Emma enrolled in The Performance Studio at its inception in 2003, and has further developed her growing passion for the arts ever since. Since age 7, Emma has been performing in school stage musicals focusing on song and dance, and was fortunate enough to have been featured in several of these productions. When starting at The Performance Studio there were two Emma's in the same class, so Emma Jane Paton became known as "EJ". Having performed at The Riverside Theatre in The Performance Studio's 2004 showcase production "One Night Only", EJ found her true calling in life. With a new stage name and inspiration from The Performance Studio Directors, EJ auditioned for her high school drama ensemble, and in her second year was one of twenty students selected. EJ is delighted, and very proud to have won the 2005 Dominique Clancey Memorial Scholarship, and hopes that with her love of the arts, commitment, passion and a willingness to help her fellow students she will prove to be worthy recipient.
