2006 Dominique Clancey Memorial Scholarship Recipient
Helena Wehbe

Helena joined The Performance Studio team in 2003 and has since then developed her skills in acting, singing and dancing. She discovered her talent at age
10 when she was awarded the role of "Scrooge" in her Primary school interpretation of "A Christmas Carol". In the years following, Helena has continued with her
journey on the stage, performing in numerous productions, school functions and celebrations such as the Annual Tara Jazz Cruise, the Tara/TKS production "The
Sound of Music" and most recently "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at Tara School. She also had the once in a lifetime opportunity to sing on-stage with the famous
trumpeter, James Morrison - which was quite an experience in itself. Being a part of The Performance Studio has enhanced Helena's skills as a performer and has
helped her to improve in other aspects of the arts. Helena is a very passionate performer and is very honoured to be the third recipient of the Dominique Clancey
Scholarship.
