Yvette Monger   (Advanced Diploma in Acting - A.C.T.T.)
 
Yvette's passion for acting was ignited when she landed the lead role in her Year 5 school play. She had a busy childhood attending classes in drama, jazz, tap, ballet, piano and highland dancing, as well as performing in numerous eisteddfods and school plays/musicals. Yvette and her sister were renowned in their neighbourhood for putting on shows for the locals to attend, and Yvette even convinced her father to build her her very own stage in the backyard - complete with lighting and a backdrop. In 2000, Yvette graduated from The Actors College of Theatre and Television (A.C.T.T.) with an Advanced Diploma in Acting. Since graduating, Yvette has devised and performed her one-woman cabaret show, performed in professional stage shows and made various television appearances (including Television Commercials, "Home & Away", "Chaser" and "Life Support"). Yvette is passionate about sharing her ideas, skills and experience with those she works with and believes that being an actor is a lifelong journey. Her dream is for the Australian public to embrace the theatre the way they embrace the footy!
